Matsuo Institute (Headquarters: Bunkyo-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Nobutaka Kawakami) will open the 'GCI Global Consumption Intelligence Course 2026 Summer ~AI & Data Science Practice~' for professionals starting April 2026. This course is conducted as part of the 'Matsuo Lab AI Program,' an AI education program for professionals provided by Matsuo Institute. It is a practical 15-session course where business professionals with no programming experience can systematically acquire data analysis and analysis skills from the basics.

### Background In recent years, the importance of data science skills to derive new insights and relationships from data has been rapidly increasing in all fields such as medicine, economics, management, and marketing. On the other hand, many business professionals still feel the need for data utilization but do not know where to start, and the lack of opportunities for systematic learning has become a challenge.

In light of this situation, Matsuo Institute has launched a program where professionals with no programming experience can consistently learn from the basics of data science to practical application. ### Course Overview In this course, students will systematically learn in 15 sessions, starting with the basics of Python programming, data processing and visualization, machine learning methods such as supervised and unsupervised learning, database operations using SQL, and proposals for AI business utilization. The design allows students to acquire skills that can be utilized at a practical level through participation in Kaggle-style data analysis competitions and final project exercises.
