Marking 15 years since the Great East Japan Earthquake, the event aims to keep memories alive and project energy from Tohoku under the message 'Ganbarou Tohoku' (Stay Strong, Tohoku). The stadium's front plaza will feature a 'Tohoku Rokken Yagura' tower and festive displays from across the region.
