First-Ever 'Favorite Parfait Election' Launches: 'Find Your Favorite ~Autumn Parfait All-You-Can-Eat~'

Fukuoka Sunpalace Hotel & Hall, located in Hakata Ward, Fukuoka City, will host 'Find Your Favorite ~Autumn Parfait All-You-Can-Eat~' from September 4 to December 13, 2026, at Lagoon (Ragoon), its 1st-floor restaurant & cafe, offering guests unlimited enjoyment of the hotel's original parfaits.

Find Your Favorite ~Autumn Parfait All-You-Can-Eat~

All-you-can-eat of five newly created autumn-themed parfaits, plus mini desserts such as Shine Muscat and fresh chocolate treats. (Parfaits available in full or half size)

This marks the sixth consecutive year since 2021 for the 'Autumn Parfait All-You-Can-Eat' event. This year’s parfaits are all new creations: Fig Brûlée Parfait※, Hakata Mont Blanc Parfait, Apple & Mandarin Yogurt Parfait, Matcha & Brown Sugar Kinako Parfait, and Hokkaido Soft Serve & Sweet Potato Parfait.

Additionally, guests can enjoy unlimited servings of Chestnut & Purple Sweet Potato Tiramisu-style dessert, Shine Muscat & Fresh Chocolate mini desserts, and Shiratama Oshiruko.

※Fig Brûlée Parfait available until October. Persimmon Brûlée Parfait will be served from November.

Fig Brûlée Parfait & Hakata Mont Blanc Parfait

Fig Brûlée Parfait (September–October Limited)

Layers of apple and pomegranate jelly topped with custard cream, finished with a caramelized brûlée surface. The balance of tartness from the fruits and sweetness of the custard makes this a chef’s signature creation. Sliced figs on top create a striking visual impression.

※From November to December, the 'Persimmon Brûlée Parfait' will be served.

Hakata Mont Blanc Parfait in collaboration with long-established wagashi shop 'Ishimura Manshodo'

A Mont Blanc parfait with a tiramisu-inspired flavor, combining coffee jelly and mascarpone cream. Enhanced with candied chestnuts and fresh chocolate, it offers a rich, autumnal depth. Full-size parfaits are garnished with a marshmallow modeled after 'Hakata Teippon,' a signature sweet from the historic Fukuoka wagashi shop 'Ishimura Manshodo'※.

※Ishimura Manshodo (https://www.ishimura.co.jp/) is a traditional Japanese confectionery shop that continues to express the innocent joy of Fukuoka through sweets. Known for local favorites like 'Tsurunoko' and 'Iwai-te Sandwich'.

A refreshing parfait layered with mandarin jelly, yogurt, stewed and fresh apples, and vanilla ice cream, bursting with fruity flavors.

Matcha & Brown Sugar Kinako Parfait

A luxurious autumn parfait created by the Japanese cuisine head chef, featuring matcha jelly topped with warabi mochi, shiratama dumplings, and vanilla ice cream, finished with aromatic kinako powder and rich, syrupy brown sugar.

Hokkaido Soft Serve & Sweet Potato Parfait & Three Sweet Items

Generous portions of thick Hokkaido soft serve from Kitahiroshima Farm in Obihiro, Hokkaido, layered over bite-sized sweet potatoes for a satisfying treat.

Three Sweet Items: Tiramisu-Style Chestnut & Purple Sweet Potato, etc.

For the first time in the parfait buffet event, guests can enjoy unlimited servings of 'Tiramisu-Style Chestnut & Purple Sweet Potato,' 'Shine Muscat & Fresh Chocolate Mini Dessert,' and 'Shiratama Oshiruko'.
