The theme for this year is "Overcome the 'Walls' of the AI Era: The Chaos Faced by Product Managers and the Reality of 'Systematization' to Drive the Field."

As the spread of generative AI ushers in an era where "things can be created," there is an increasing need to judge and determine "what to create." This event will share practical knowledge for overcoming challenges with high reproducibility by utilizing systems and tools, from three perspectives: "Mindset," "Product Discovery," and "Product Strategy."

A total of 8 sessions are planned. Currently announced speakers include Daisuke Miyata from Explaza, Michiru Kato from LayerX, Daiki Hachisuka from Newbee, Hiroyasu Yoneyama from Hatena, Chiharu Baba from Dress Code, Yoshiaki Tadokoro from AbemaTV, Ryo Migita from Kaminashi, Kazumasa Saito from Hakky, and Kandai Kinoshita from Wellnize.

In addition to the sessions, multiple "Discuss with the Speaker" sessions will be held, allowing participants to engage in direct discussions with speakers in small groups (this was also held at Product Manager Conference 2025). A free networking reception (by lottery) is also planned after the event, providing an opportunity to interact with speakers and other attendees.
