Bringing together the freshness of fruits ripened under the Southern French sun and the light scents of a summer garden.

Hyatt Regency Tokyo will launch the "Jardin de Fruits Afternoon Tea" on July 1, 2026, in collaboration with Pierre Hermé Paris.

This afternoon tea collection is inspired by the brilliance of fruits bathed in Southern French sunlight. Utilizing fruits such as citrus, mango, passion fruit, and raspberry, it represents an "oasis of fruits," bringing a refreshing finish to a city summer.

The collaboration features glamorous sweets by Pierre Hermé Paris and refreshing savory items by Hyatt Regency Tokyo's culinary team. A new "Café Gourmand" style is also available, allowing guests to freely pair four sweets with their choice of drink.

- Macaron Solento: A summer macaron with vibrant lime acidity. - Hermé Carré Envie: A sophisticated harmony of cassis, vanilla, and violet. - Ella: A light petite four of lemon and raspberry. - Cheesecake Infiniment Citron: A light cheesecake highlighting refreshing lemon acidity. - Emotion Solento Verrine: A mango and lime glass dessert. - Millefeuille Satine: A millefeuille featuring crispy pie and vibrant fruits.

The "Miss GlaGla" option is an original Pierre Hermé Paris dessert sandwiching pistachio ice cream and strawberry sorbet with macaron dough.

The savory selection includes five items inspired by the culinary culture of the Mediterranean coast, such as tomato, watermelon, and basil, providing a refreshing contrast to the fruit-filled sweets.
