Sukesan Udon, the soul food of North Kyushu, is officially opening its first overseas store in Taiwan on Thursday, June 18th.
As the brand celebrates its 50th anniversary, it has moved from being 'Sukesan of North Kyushu' toward becoming 'Sukesan of Japan,' and is now delighted to share its flavors with customers beyond the sea. Operations in Taiwan will be managed by the Skylark Group (Taiwan Skylark Co., Ltd.).
A key feature of the Taiwan location is its signature 'dashi' broth, made from carefully selected ingredients, which has been fine-tuned to suit the preferences of local customers. A self-service condiment corner will also be available.
The menu includes classic favorites such as the signature 'Meat Gobo-ten Udon' and 'Botamochi,' alongside special 'Taiwan-exclusive' items.
