Abeno Harukas Kintetsu Main Store will hold its first regional revitalization project, 'Harukas Nippon Expo: Kagoshima Edition,' from May 6 (Wed, holiday) to May 12 (Tue), 2026. Kagoshima Prefecture is a 'southern treasure box' filled with diverse nature, including two UNESCO World Natural Heritage sites (Yakushima and Amami Oshima/Tokunoshima), Japan's top-quality Wagyu beef, leading green tea production, and traditional crafts. During the 7-day event, the entire building will showcase Kagoshima's multi-faceted charms, from gourmet food like black beef, black pork, and shochu to crafts like Satsuma Kiriko and Oshima Tsumugi, along with panel displays of world heritage sites and festivals.

On May 9-10, Amami Kokuto (Brown Sugar) Shochu Day will be celebrated, offering Kokuto-kun pin badges to the first 150 purchasers.
