Ginza Onodera Co., Ltd. (President and CEO: Yoshitaka Kimura, Location: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo) is pleased to announce the grand opening of "Kaiten Sushi Ginza Onodera Hakata" in Hakata, Nakasu, Fukuoka Prefecture, in early August 2026.

The "Ginza Onodera" brand, operated by our company, aims to spread traditional Japanese cuisine such as sushi, tempura, teppanyaki, robatayaki, and noodles to the world with the concept of "From Ginza to the World." We have expanded to 27 stores in 3 countries. Some of our stores have received Michelin stars, earning us global recognition. At the annual New Year's tuna auction at Tokyo's Toyosu Market on January 5th each year, our parent company, ONODERA GROUP, has successfully bid for the first tuna a total of 6 times (2018, 2021-2025) and served it at our domestic and international stores.

The newly established "Kaiten Sushi Ginza Onodera Hakata" marks the first entry of the "Ginza Onodera" brand into the Kyushu area. As a conveyor belt sushi establishment offering authentic Edomae sushi in a more accessible style, we have decided to open this new store in Hakata, Kyushu's largest city, so that many customers can enjoy it.

The restaurant features large windows and a terrace, offering views of the Tenjin cityscape, the Naka River below, and the Nakasu night view. In strong collaboration with "Nadaman Hakata," a long-established Japanese restaurant of ONODERA GROUP located on the 9th floor of the same building, we will offer new menu items that go beyond the conventional understanding of conveyor belt sushi, as well as special menus in collaboration with long-established Fukuoka companies. We propose a new dining experience to all visitors to Fukuoka.
