Hyuganatsu, said to have been born from a sudden mutation of yuzu, is characterized by its refreshing scent and the slight sweetness of the white, fluffy "wata" (pulp).

"Hanada Orchard," which Shikari encountered this time, makes soil that allows fruits to grow deliciously without using any herbicides. The grass from the fields, carefully cut by hand, returns to the soil, where microorganisms increase, creating a cycle that turns into fluffy soil. Without relying on chemical fertilizers or pesticides, each Hyuganatsu, carefully bagged and filled with love, is packed with the robust energy and reliable nutrition of nature.
