Quolofune Co., Ltd., a confectionery manufacturer and retailer, is offering sweets made with 'Kotoka,' a branded strawberry from Nara Prefecture, under its 'Quolofune' brand, which crafts sweets using the natural power of ingredients and traditional techniques. The popular Quolofune Funk series is currently available for a limited time. 'Quolofune Funk Kotoka' is a fluffy castella chiffon filled with jam made from rich-tasting Nara strawberries and smooth cream. The chiffon dough uses 'Shirogane Komugi,' a wheat variety grown in Kita-ku, Kobe, and processed in-house.
