This season, a new 'Shaved Ice ICE LAB' will be introduced, where syrups are served in test tubes for customers to pour over their ice. Inspired by a laboratory experiment, guests can enjoy flavor transformations by applying three specially crafted syrups—Nara-grown strawberries (Kokufuka), Uji matcha, and condensed milk—individually or in combination.
