"HIBIKA, a seasonal confectionery shop," is a Western confectionery brand based on the concept of "Japanese Western-style Confectionery." We, the Japanese, have long lived alongside the changing seasons. With a desire to create Western confectionery that cherishes Japan's unique culture and sensibilities, such as its vibrant food culture utilizing seasonal ingredients, and the tradition of exchanging sweets during seasonal milestones and celebrations to value connections with people, we carefully craft our products using selected ingredients. From Monday, June 1st, we will offer refreshing sweets perfect for summer gifts. These include "Ryoka no Tayori" (a collection of refreshing jellies) which combines Yamagata Prefecture's hand-peeled white peach jelly and Wakayama Prefecture's Wenzhou mikan orange jelly, and the popular summer cookies "Polvoron," offering cool, summer-limited flavors.
