The primary corrections include misstatements regarding the valuation of specific assets in the consolidated balance sheet for the prior fiscal year, as well as a disclosure omission related to non-operating income for the current period. These issues were identified through auditor feedback and internal review processes, and have been promptly corrected.

As a result of these amendments, there is a minor adjustment to net income for the period; however, this does not materially affect the Company’s business strategy or future outlook.
