The opening ceremony was held at the main entrance of the facility at 10:00 AM. Despite their busy schedules, a total of 36 distinguished guests, including local government officials and stakeholders, attended the event.
The highlight of the ceremony featured 73 children from 'Samidori Kindergarten' in the city. They performed a charming dance and sang with great energy—practicing especially for this day—filling the venue with warm smiles and enthusiastic applause.
This was followed by a ribbon-cutting ceremony by key stakeholders, officially opening the facility to the public at 11:00 AM.
### 2. Fully Booked from Day One: 'Crab Shelling Experience' and 'Custom Cut Snow Crab Making' Receive Rave Reviews
Experiential programs began on opening day and have already drawn significant attention.
The 'Crab Shelling Experience,' where visitors learn techniques from professional craftsmen, and the 'Custom Cut Raw Snow Crab Making Experience,' allowing guests to create their own unique crab product, were both fully booked for both morning and afternoon sessions on the first day.
Participants shared heartfelt feedback: 'This is an experience we can't have every day—the kids were truly having fun!' and 'The taste of crab I shelled myself was extraordinary! I’ll definitely bring my children again and make a reservation.' These programs have made a strong debut as valuable food education initiatives.
