Daimaru Kobe Store is collaborating with "Ohashi Cherry Orchard," a leading cherry orchard in Hokkaido! Sweets where you can fully enjoy cherries will be available.

Ohashi Cherry Orchard produces about 30 types of cherries, including "Summit," which is less acidic and very sweet; "Gassan Nishiki," also known as the "Queen of Cherries"; and "Nanyo," which has firm flesh and a refreshing taste.

Ohashi Cherry Orchard will be exhibiting for the first time at Daimaru Kobe Store, offering sweets that allow you to enjoy the taste of cherries. Please enjoy these sweets, available only at this event, made with cherry varieties that match each confection 🍒♩

Sato Nishiki

A well-known high-grade variety in Japan. The sugar content, a measure of deliciousness, is around 18 degrees.

Nanyo

Despite being large, the seeds are small, so there is plenty of flesh. It has an elegant sweetness and rich flavor, making it the most popular variety at <Ohashi Cherry Orchard>.

Gassan Nishiki

Has the highest sugar content among cherries, with some reaching 30 degrees when ripe. They are large, less acidic, and popular with women.

Summit

Has a unique flavor and refreshing taste not found in other varieties. Many people visit <Ohashi Cherry Orchard> just to eat Summit.
