At Daimaru Umeda, to mark this milestone, the 'Rikuro Founding Festival' will be held for six days from July 21 (Tue) to 26 (Sun). Coinciding with the festival, the 'Plus Store'—the sales area for pre-baked cheesecakes—will undergo an expanded renovation.

The store has been transformed into a more enjoyable shopping space. For six days packed with limited-time products, new services, and nostalgic projects from the founding era—70 years of gratitude will be delivered. ● What is the 'Gunchaku Daikan'?

A foundational product of Rikuro Uncle's Store, sold since its founding in 1956.

The name comes from the founder's love of sumo wrestling.

This renovation features a completely renewed recipe and production method, thoroughly pursuing 'overall softness.'

Rather than enhancing the textures of dough, filling, and chestnuts individually, the design emphasizes a unified texture upon entering the mouth. The moist dough and juicy, glossy filling harmonize to create a gentler mouthfeel.

★ In conjunction with the July Grand Sumo Tournament, the auspicious 'Gunchaku Daikan' will be offered at a 'Yokozuna-level' bargain price of ¥230 (tax included).
