The 'Tokyo Shime-Ice' project introduces a new post-meal experience: enjoying rich-flavored gourmet dishes such as ramen, meat, and curry, then finishing with the 'Meiji Bulgaria Frozen Yogurt Dessert.' The booklet compiles the charm and enjoyment of this experience, along with information on 14 carefully selected Tokyo restaurants curated by Arukikata. Additionally, ahead of the booklet distribution, free sampling events to experience 'shime-ice' will be held at select locations starting June 15 (Mon), 2026.
