Now, following the 'Chofu City' edition, 'Arukikata Guidebook: Machida City' will be the second Tokyo-area city guide in the series, set for release in spring 2027. To celebrate the publication decision, Arukikata launched the 'Commemorative Survey & Giveaway Campaign' on July 15, 2026 (Wednesday). The company is calling for contributions from Machida residents, former residents, and frequent visitors. Submissions can include hidden local gems known only to insiders, as well as popular 'Machida-isms'—quirky local anecdotes that resonate with locals.
