Joetsu Municipal Aquarium 'Umigatari,' which celebrates its 8th anniversary on June 26, 2026, will hold its first collaboration event with the long-beloved character 'Rilakkuma' for a limited time from Friday, June 26, to Wednesday, September 23, 2026.
