Maxell Aqua Park Shinagawa (located inside Shinagawa Prince Hotel, 4-10-30 Takanawa, Minato-ku, Tokyo; Director: Kei Akutsu) will run three distinct learning programs from Saturday, July 18, 2026, to Monday, August 31, 2026, designed to spark children's interest in marine life while supporting their summer homework.

Choose from a variety of programs based on your interests and schedule: the 'Learning Assignment Plan,' where visitors observe marine life at their own pace and record their discoveries in a notebook; the 'Pre-Opening Staff-Explained Learning Plan,' featuring a backstage tour and detailed explanations by aquarium keepers for deeper understanding; and the overnight 'Free Research Stay: Learning SDGs and Making Special Jelly (Food) with Aquarium Keepers,' which allows guests to observe animals during normally inaccessible hours and experience close encounters with dolphins and whales.

Additionally, the park will host the exclusive two-night 'Shinagawa Fireworks Festival,' where guests can enjoy a dolphin 'Bon Odori' dance and a traditional summer festival atmosphere after regular closing hours. Amid nationwide predictions of extreme heat this summer, Maxell Aqua Park Shinagawa offers a safe, indoor destination where families can enjoy unforgettable experiences and complete summer assignments all in one place.
