2026 Theme: Addressing the "Three Errors" in HR Data Utilization The first session identified three core questions—What, Why, and How—and addressed the common errors associated with them: - Error in "What": Unreliable data gathering through non-validated internal surveys or brief pulse surveys that distort organizational reality. - Error in "Why": Misidentifying causes based on assumptions or general trends rather than objective data analysis. - Error in "How": Implementing "best practices" from other companies that may not fit the specific organizational context.
