On June 11, 2026, ASIA to JAPAN Inc. concluded a 'Partnership Agreement on Expanding Recruitment Opportunities and Providing Integration Support for Highly Skilled Foreign Talent' with Kanagawa Prefecture.

This agreement aims to address the management challenge of labor shortages in local SMEs caused by the declining workforce by attracting highly skilled foreign talent from Asia and beyond. ASIA to JAPAN offers 'FAST OFFER,' a service that provides end-to-end support, including Japanese language education through partnerships with overseas universities, recruitment matching, and support for settling in and long-term retention after arrival in Japan.

Going forward, the partnership will facilitate seminars and create matching opportunities via job fairs, aiming to build a model that connects outstanding foreign talent with SMEs in Kanagawa Prefecture.
