Asikaze Inc. (Headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Daisuke Hirai) has begun recruiting pilot companies for its AI agent "TechHive Agent," which performs HR operations, starting July 2, 2026. The first five companies will receive the standard introduction and development costs, normally ¥800,000, free of charge.
TechHive Agent
To avoid repeating the cycle of "implementing AI but it stops at the operational level," we provide an integrated team of AI and human collaboration based on nearly 10 years of RPO/BPO operational experience. The design ensures that humans handle tasks that "absolutely cannot be automated by AI," and we will jointly verify improvements in HR productivity.
Background: Even with HR SaaS, HR "Manual Work" Persists
HR operations (recruitment, evaluation, training, placement, labor relations) are broad, and the methods and judgment criteria often depend on the 담당자's (person in charge's) experience. Because the procedures exist only in their minds, when a veteran leaves, the methods are lost with them – the so-called "personalization" of work occurs in many HR departments.
With the spread of HR SaaS, the "containers" for data have been established. However, the work of actually performing tasks and making judgments within them remains with people. Therefore, even when AI tools are introduced, companies don't know "where to start delegating" and the tools fail to take root.
We believe that what is needed is not AI itself, but "transforming HR operations into a form that AI can handle."
What is "TechHive Agent"?
It is an HR operations platform where AI agents take on routine HR tasks as "skills." It decomposes personalized HR operations and structures judgment criteria, procedures, and exception handling as "skills." AI agents execute these as daily tasks and continuously improve based on execution logs.
Our unique feature is providing a system that not only operates AI but also supports its continuous operation. AI agents tend to stop when faced with exceptions or irregularities in the field. Our specialized team, with nearly 10 years of RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) and BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) operational experience, supports AI operations and accompanies the process until it runs smoothly in practice.
Features
1. Integrated AI and Operations Team
AI agents are not valuable just by being introduced; their value is realized when they are continuously operated without stopping in the field. Our team, possessing HR operations know-how cultivated through RPO/BPO, monitors and adjusts AI operations, handles exceptions, and implements improvements. We prevent "AI introduced but stopped at the operational level" through operational strength. We provide a mechanism that ensures smooth operation, not just a tool.
2. Human Judgment, AI Tasks (Safe Design)
Operations are classified into four risk levels. "Irreversible operations" such as external communications or recruitment decisions are always approved by a human. AI alone will never make judgments that affect a candidate's life. The design ensures that humans retain control over judgments, rather than AI autonomously making critical decisions.
Guardrails / 4-Tier Risk Tiers
3. Operates on Your Current Systems and SaaS
It integrates with existing internal systems and various SaaS. Without forcing a switch to new tools, AI agents take over manual tasks within your current work environment.

Future Development
Each task executed by TechHive Agent is accumulated as a "skill." As the scope expands to labor relations, evaluation, and more, HR know-how will accumulate within the organization, fostering a work foundation that becomes smarter with use. We are creating a system where HR knowledge does not end with individual experience but remains within the organization and society.
Representative's Comment
"No matter how much we try to automate with AI and tools, there will always be tasks that "only humans can do" due to authority or security constraints. As long as people are assigned to these tasks, their hands are not free. It is by taking on even this final part that HR can truly be liberated. We are redefining HR work through this division of roles." (Daisuke Hirai, Representative Director, Asikaze Inc.)
