In this "100WIN PROJECT Matsumoto Meeting," business owners involved with Shinshu will gather to learn essential business knowledge and ideas while deepening their understanding of each other's businesses.

Through dialogue and learning among participants, this meeting aims to provide an opportunity to re-examine one's own business management and expand new connections within the region.

It will be held as a forum for participants to consider their company's growth and contribution to the region, while addressing essential themes for business owners such as management, finance, organizational development, and community contribution.

The "100WIN PROJECT" values building relationships where business owners from different industries can gather and understand each other's businesses.

Even among business owners from different industries and business sizes, sharing management perspectives and challenges leads to deeper dialogue and mutual understanding. Mr. Kazushi Watanabe, Director of Buddy Inc. and Representative of HELLO base Inc., will be the speaker supporting this learning framework.

After gaining experience in corporate sales at a financial institution, Mr. Watanabe was involved in supporting approximately 50 companies at a management consulting firm. With a particular strength in finance and accounting, he has been involved in establishing management accounting systems for companies and providing financial accounting education for management executives.

Currently, as the representative of HELLO base Inc., he provides management consulting as well as training and content for corporate insurance solicitors. He has conducted 300 training sessions annually, with a total of 15,000 participants, and has been involved in creating educational materials and proposal tools for major insurance companies.

He is also involved in the management issues of 13 companies as a management advisor, and serves as an outside director for two of them, continuously addressing on-site management challenges.
