CBC Television Co., Ltd. (headquartered in Nagoya, Aichi Prefecture) will host the interactive event 'CBC Asobi Bousai Festival' on July 25 (Sat) and 26 (Sun), 2026, at 'Oasis 21 Galaxy Plaza' in Higashi-ku, Nagoya.

This event is an interactive experience designed for families to learn disaster preparedness knowledge while having fun. Following last year's overwhelming popularity, this marks the second consecutive year of the festival. Admission is free (on-site registration required).

Amid increasing climate-related disasters and urgent calls for preparedness against the anticipated Nankai Trough megaquake, the event is themed 'Play × Learn,' aiming to spark children's spontaneous interest in disaster prevention and build their ability to respond during emergencies. Featuring numerous sensory-based experiential booths and stage events, the festival also provides inspiration for children's summer vacation science projects, contributing to enhanced community resilience.
