[June 18 (Thu) Off-the-Record Seminar] The Realities of IFRS Adoption in Growth Companies

In M&A-related points such as goodwill amortization and contingent consideration (earn-outs), there are many instances where Japanese accounting standards and IFRS differ in treatment. These differences impact how post-acquisition financial performance is viewed, investment decisions, and consolidated accounting and disclosure systems, making them critical points in enhancing enterprise value through M&A.
