Dual Bridge Capital, a venture capital firm, has established its second fund, 'DBC Fund II,' characterized by co-founding investments, M&A execution support, and Pre/Post IPO growth assistance. Following the success of its first fund, the firm has already secured approximately 5 billion JPY in its first round, with a target final size exceeding 10 billion JPY. The fund invests in unlisted companies ranging from seed to growth stages across all sectors. By collaborating with Midas Capital, the firm provides robust M&A support, leveraging a deal flow of over 1,000 cases annually. As its first investment, the fund has invested 800 million JPY in Kyokuto Holdings to accelerate its M&A strategy and IPO preparations.
