Franca AI's Subsidy Flash service analyzed 1,160 active subsidies and grants (as of June 1, 2026) that cover outsourcing costs. The survey found that while businesses often assume they must bear outsourcing costs, about 60% of these subsidies allow expert consultation fees to be claimed together. This helps companies without internal specialists minimize out-of-pocket expenses while delegating work. Over half of the subsidies related to market expansion and regional revitalization cover outsourcing costs. In terms of funding scale, the majority fall within the 1 million to 5 million yen range, with roughly 80% being 5 million yen or less. This makes them highly suitable for small-scale, trial-based outsourcing before committing to full-scale orders. Some programs also allow simultaneous applications for equipment/machinery purchases (about 50%) or building/construction/renovation costs (about 30%), streamlining the application process.
