HareHale and Akatsuki AI Technologies Sign Strategic Business Alliance Agreement

HareHale Inc. (Headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Mitsutoshi Higashitani; hereinafter referred to as HareHale), which provides hands-on, supportive marketing consulting, has signed a strategic business alliance agreement with Akatsuki AI Technologies Inc., a company that supports corporate business transformation as an SIer for the AI era, regarding the provision of AI solutions in the marketing domain.

Previously, both companies have collaborated to provide AI solutions in the marketing domain to client companies for whom HareHale provides marketing consulting. This alliance will further strengthen their collaboration based on the knowledge and achievements cultivated by both companies, accelerating companies' marketing DX and contributing to the realization of sustainable business growth utilizing AI by providing end-to-end support from marketing strategy planning to AI implementation and operation.

Background of this Alliance

The use of generative AI is rapidly expanding in the marketing domain, including content creation, demand forecasting, customer understanding, personalization, and advanced performance measurement. On the other hand, to translate AI into actual results (improvement in sales, customer acquisition, and brand value), it is essential to have both a deep understanding of marketing strategy and advanced AI implementation capabilities to translate that strategy into implementation and operation.

This alliance will combine HareHale's "ability to build marketing strategies from a consumer perspective" and "hands-on consulting that partners with clients as one team through to execution" with Akatsuki AI Technologies' "advanced AI implementation capabilities and expertise in building data infrastructure," as well as the "extensive customer base in the entertainment and marketing domain" cultivated by its parent company, Akatsuki Inc.

By providing end-to-end support from the upstream of marketing strategy to the implementation and operation of AI-driven measures, we will accelerate "AI Transformation (AX)" for each company, starting with marketing DX.

Main Contents of the Business Alliance and Future Development

Through this alliance, we will support the improvement of corporate business value, focusing on the following areas:

1. Joint Provision of AI Solutions for Marketing Purposes

Both companies will jointly provide AI solutions for marketing purposes, primarily to client companies to whom HareHale provides marketing consulting. HareHale will be responsible for strategy and measure design, while Akatsuki AI Technologies will handle AI implementation and development, bringing the strategies envisioned in consulting to life as "working AI" in the field.

2. Building Marketing Data Infrastructure and Advancing Measures with AI

We will integrate siloed customer and measure data into a form that AI can utilize, enabling demand forecasting, content generation, customer personalization, and automated performance measurement. This will enhance the accuracy and speed of marketing measures through data-driven decision-making and accelerated PDCA cycles.

3. Company-wide AX (AI Transformation) Support Starting from Marketing

Starting with results in the marketing domain, we will expand AI utilization to related operations such as sales, CS, and product development, supporting the company-wide AX. Through the customer touchpoints held by both group companies, we will deploy these initiatives to client companies across a wide range of industries.
