HERP Inc. (Headquarters: Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Ichiro Shoda) has launched the 'Interviewer Enablement' feature, the fourth in a series of new releases for its 'HERP AI Recruiter' beta version. The AI automatically generates feedback on the strengths and areas for improvement in interviews, supporting interviewer self-reflection and the enhancement of the company's overall recruitment process. HERP has been continuously expanding new AI-powered features for 'HERP AI Recruiter.' Following the first release of 'Document Screening Support' in April 2026, the company has successively introduced 'Hiring Requirement AI Suggest' and 'Selection Summary.' The newly launched 'Interviewer Enablement' feature analyzes interview transcripts and automatically generates feedback to help improve interviewing skills. By focusing on two axes—'Attract' and 'Judge'—and citing actual statements from the interview, the system provides a feedback report that allows interviewers to objectively review their performance and identify areas for improvement for future interviews. Additionally, HR managers and recruitment leads can view scores for each interviewer and overall organizational trends via a dashboard. This enables the visualization of previously opaque interview content, allowing organizations to grasp and evaluate interviews based on common standards, thereby supporting data-driven interviewer growth and recruitment process improvement.
