HOGUGU Technologies Inc. (Headquarters: Osaka City, Osaka Prefecture, President and CEO: Kenichi Hanaoka, hereinafter "our company"), which operates the in-home relaxation service "Hogugu" (hereinafter "Hogugu"), is pleased to report that the cumulative number of downloads for the "Hogugu" app has surpassed 550,000, and is launching a large-scale point campaign aimed at achieving 1 million downloads.

This campaign will distribute a total amount of points that varies based on the achievement of the "Hogugu" app download count, with up to 10 million points to be distributed among all users.

Campaign Overview

Campaign Name: Up to 10 Million Points! Point Sharing Campaign

Campaign Period: Friday, June 12, 2026 - Thursday, December 31, 2026, 23:59

Eligible Participants: All users who have a record of using "Hogugu" (payment completed) at least once by the end of the campaign (December 31, 2026).

Sharing Rules

The total amount of points to be shared will vary according to the cumulative app download count (in units of 50,000 downloads).

- 600,000 DL achieved: 6 million points to be shared

- 650,000 DL achieved: 6.5 million points to be shared

- 700,000 DL achieved: 7 million points to be shared

(Thereafter, +500,000 points for every 50,000 downloads)

- 1,000,000 downloads achieved: Up to [10 million points] to be shared!

Announcement of Results: Results will be announced on Tuesday, January 12, 2027, on each "Hogugu" official social media account (Instagram, X, LINE).

Point Distribution: Points are scheduled to be automatically distributed on Friday, January 29, 2027. Eligible users will be notified via in-app PUSH notification.

Point Expiration Date: Monday, March 29, 2027

- Calculation of Shared Points:

The shared points will be calculated by dividing the total amount equally among the number of users who meet the "Eligible Participants" criteria as of December 31, 2026, 23:59 (rounded down).

- Definition of "Payment Completed":

Accounts for which services have been completed and payment has been successfully made using "Hogugu" or "Hogugu NOW" by the end of the campaign period are eligible. Cancellations of reservations are not eligible.

- Regarding Multiple Accounts:

If it is discovered that a single person holds or uses multiple accounts, or if our company deems the usage to be fraudulent, such accounts may be excluded from the campaign (points may be revoked).

- Nature of Points:

The awarded points can only be used for booking treatments within the "Hogugu" and "Hogugu NOW" apps. 1 point = 1 yen equivalent. Points cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded, or transferred to a third party.

- Counting Download (DL) Numbers:

Cumulative download numbers will be the sum of those from the App Store and Google Play.

This campaign is subject to change or cancellation without prior notice. Please understand this in advance.
