U25 Entrepreneurship Lab connects students and young professionals with industry executives and investors. It offers funding support, business idea validation, and mentoring. Recently, they hosted a large-scale event for 200 students, exclusively renting out TOYOTA ARENA TOKYO. Three executives from KWAVE, Inside Growth, and AWLL joined talk sessions to discuss 'how to use money' and 'entrepreneurship vs. job hunting'. The event also featured a musical chairs game with prize money. The community fosters real partnerships, with participants sometimes co-founding businesses together or receiving direct investments from executive supporters. Going forward, HR Research Institute aims to expand these large-scale events and individual matching opportunities to strengthen entrepreneurship support for young people.
