Fujishima Group Launches 'Meister System' to Certify Artisan Skills Starting June 1st

Infinity8 Co., Ltd., which operates the Fujishima Group restaurant brand specializing in grilled pork and offal, announced the launch of the 'Fujishima Meister System' effective June 1, 2026. This unique system aims to formally certify the artisan skills of on-site staff, aligning technical proficiency with performance evaluation. In the grilled pork industry, skills are often highly personalized and difficult to pass on. CEO Kenichi Fujishima designed this system to ensure that hard-working staff are properly recognized. The system includes three certifications: 'Kushiyaki Meister,' 'Kushiuchi Meister,' and 'Horumon Meister.' Successful candidates will be granted decision-making authority on-site. The company plans to expand this system across all stores to contribute to human resource development in the industry.
