JTB Corp. has announced the recipients of the 2025 'Best Service Ryokan & Hotel' awards, selected from approximately 3,500 member facilities of the JTB Ryokan and Hotel Association.

- Large-scale Facility (Ryokan): Ibusuki Hakusuikan (Sand Bath Onsen), Ibusuki, Kagoshima Prefecture - Large-scale Facility (Hotel): Hotel Monterey Okinawa Spa & Resort, Onna-son, Okinawa Prefecture - Medium-scale Facility: La Vista Hakodate Bay ANNEX (Kyoritsu Resort), Hakodate, Hokkaido - Small-scale Facility: Bettei Oborozukiyo, Dogo, Ehime Prefecture
Since 1979, JTB has honored hospitality facilities that provide excellent service based on customer feedback from 'stay surveys.' The selection process for these awards is based on criteria including customer evaluation scores and the number of survey responses. By recognizing facilities that offer superior service every year, JTB aims to support the business development of these establishments and drive improvements in the quality of the entire hospitality industry.
