KANAYA RESORTS Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; President & CEO: Jōji Kanaya) announces the return of the highly acclaimed 'Jellée au Café Casablanca' for a limited summer season, available from Monday, June 1, 2026, at Chocolaterie JOHN KANAYA.
Features of Jellée au Café Casablanca
'Jellée au Café Casablanca' is a limited-edition coffee jelly crafted to capture the essence of JOHN KANAYA’s popular 'Casablanca Coffee.' True to the Casablanca lily’s floral meanings—'majestic love,' 'dignity,' and 'nobility'—this dessert offers the rich aroma and deep flavor of the coffee named after the white lily 'Casablanca,' beloved by John Kanaya Senji.
With a carefully balanced, subtle sweetness, the jelly enhances the authentic flavor of coffee. Its refreshing and elegant texture melts smoothly in the mouth, leaving a pleasant, aromatic aftertaste. This is a sophisticated dessert perfect for enjoying during the hot summer months.
Chill in the refrigerator and enjoy it as is, pour milk over it to create a 'jelly café au lait,' or pair it with brandy or rum for a more complex flavor profile. Ideal for relaxing at home or as a thoughtful summer gift for someone special.
Last year, Chocolaterie JOHN KANAYA launched this product as a summer exclusive and received widespread acclaim from customers. This year, once again, experience this seasonal specialty’s unique taste.
