kiwami Inc., a digital solutions provider with the motto 'Don't Forget to Play,' exhibited its 'semi-self-service window processor' equipped with xR Cast at the Nippon Signal booth during the 2nd Railway Technology Exhibition in Osaka, held from May 27 to 29, 2026.
We call customer service via virtual characters 'xR Cast,' providing 3D video promotions, remote service, and automated responses for businesses. We are currently collaborating with Nippon Signal on a project to build a semi-self-service window processor that supports avatar-based service, fare adjustment, and charging assistance. Since its debut in 2025, we have implemented further functional expansions.
In addition to real-time multilingual translation via remote calls, the system now supports AI-driven automated responses and route guidance. By allowing semi-self-service terminals to handle tasks previously performed face-to-face by station staff, such as fare adjustments, we aim to improve window efficiency. Remote operators provide real-time support via 'xR Cast,' ensuring both operational efficiency and customer peace of mind.
