Limited Edition Prints by UK Artist Emma Lawrenson Now at TIMBER YARD

Lakrids Inc., operator of the casual art web shop 'Bildo', is introducing limited edition prints by Emma Lawrenson, an international printmaker based in Jackson Bridge, Yorkshire, UK. Lawrenson creates beautiful, multi-layered silkscreens and drawings inspired by changing seasons, natural textures, and tranquil landscapes. Each print is carefully produced using hand-drawn stencils and colored on handmade paper, resulting in thoughtful, handcrafted art that evokes a sense of calm. Starting June 4, 2026, her works will be exhibited and sold at 'TIMBER YARD', a lifestyle complex in Chiba City with a 100-year history of promoting quality living. The 1,200-tsubo facility, known for its refined harmony of greenery and buildings, offers an atmosphere akin to Lawrenson's distant UK studio. The artist, who holds an MA from the Royal College of Art and became an Associate of the Royal Society of Printmakers in 2024, has pieces in major collections like the Yorkshire Sculpture Park. The limited prints, including 'Linear Drawing' series (A4 size, 27,500 JPY), bring tranquility and reflection to interior spaces.
