[Family-type] Rent Trends In Tokyo's 23 wards, listing rents averaged 255,382 yen (100.5% MoM, 109.6% YoY), showing a flat trend since February. Engagement rents reached 184,645 yen (101.9% MoM, 105.4% YoY). In Tokyo's suburbs, listing rents were 122,843 yen (99.6% MoM, 113.5% YoY), and engagement rents were 106,123 yen (95.9% MoM, 99.5% YoY).
[Single-type] Rent Trends In Tokyo's 23 wards, listing rents averaged 136,903 yen (99.3% MoM, 116.8% YoY), showing a downward trend after peaking in March. However, engagement rents set a record high at 100,790 yen (100.1% MoM, 104.3% YoY). In Tokyo's suburbs, listing rents hit a record high at 68,179 yen (102.0% MoM, 113.3% YoY), and engagement rents also hit a record high at 68,493 yen (101.0% MoM, 101.2% YoY).
