This marks Pierre Hermé Paris’s first permanent location in the Northern Shin'etsu region. The menu features a wide selection, from indulgent 'macarons' and 'cakes' (for eat-in) enjoyed in a serene café with panoramic views of Myoko’s natural scenery, to 'sablés' (for takeout) perfect for private moments in guest rooms or as gifts for loved ones.

To commemorate the launch, a limited-time 'Premium Gift Campaign' will be held: customers who purchase Pierre Hermé Paris products totaling ¥10,000 or more (tax included) at Café & Bar Ruri during the campaign period will be entered into a lottery to win luxurious prizes, including complimentary stay vouchers for Lotte Arai Resort.
