However, such collaboration is often centered on spreadsheets and individual communications, leading to issues with complex information management and communication. Furthermore, platforms with job-sharing features typically charge additional usage fees and commission fees upon placement. Therefore, the company developed the 'Alliance Function' to realize smooth collaboration with partner agents without additional costs. This function centralizes job management, application management, and communication to support mutual revenue growth. It allows for inviting partner agents individually, providing them with dedicated user screens, linking jobs to specific agents, and enabling communication via text chat.
