A New System for Teaching Staff Mental Health Support: BowL and LX DESIGN Form Business Alliance

LX DESIGN Co., Ltd., operator of 'Fukugyo Sensei®,' which connects schools with outside talent seeking side jobs as teachers, and BowL, a general incorporated association specializing in comprehensive mental health support, have formed a business alliance aimed at supporting the mental health and well-being of teaching staff in schools and municipalities. Because teachers are professionals, they tend to carry heavy burdens alone until they reach their limits. Structural isolation, characterized by feelings of 'not being able to show weakness' and 'having no outside person to consult with,' is the greatest factor leading to leaves of absence and resignations. In this alliance, the companies will combine the 'Fukugyo Sensei®' platform with BowL's expertise to roll out stress checks, management training, and support system construction nationwide. They will support early adoption of measures in anticipation of mandatory stress checks from 2028, expanding the expertise cultivated in Okinawa Prefecture nationwide.
