MONSTARdesign Inc. (Headquarters: Sapporo, Hokkaido; President and CEO: Manabu Kato) is pleased to announce that we have entered into an exclusive management contract with anisong singer AKINO.

AKINO made a striking debut in 2005 with the opening theme song "Sousei no Aquarion" for the TV anime "Aquarion."

The song, which became a social phenomenon with the phrase "I've loved you for ten thousand years and two thousand more," recorded over 1.3 million cumulative downloads and remains beloved worldwide as a masterpiece in the history of Japanese anime songs.

Now, in 2025, AKINO, having reached the milestone of the 20th anniversary of "Aquarion," is stepping forward to a new stage.

We have signed an exclusive management contract with MONSTARdesign Inc., establishing a comprehensive management system that includes domestic and international music activities, live performances, event appearances, licensing business, fan club operations, and overseas expansion.

Moving forward, we will strengthen our activities not only within Japan but also in overseas markets, focusing on North America, Asia, and Europe, to deliver Japanese anime and game culture to the world through music.

Furthermore, to mark the start of this new phase, AKINO's new official website has been launched.

We will share information on future activities, live and event appearances, and AKINO's new challenges with fans both in Japan and abroad.

An artist who spent her childhood in the United States and continues her activities with exceptional expressiveness in multiple languages, including English, and overwhelming vocal talent.

Made her solo debut at the age of 14 in 2005. Achieved a major breakthrough with "Sousei no Aquarion," the opening theme for the TV anime "Aquarion," produced by Yoko Kanno.

The song recorded over 1.3 million cumulative downloads and reached number 1 on the iTunes overall charts.
