To achieve this goal, Mostfun has continuously conducted partner training sessions and employee study groups at its office. Designed to resemble a sophisticated and calm café, the new office is built around the concept of “a place where people naturally want to gather.” The workspace features a free-address seating system, allowing employees across departments and positions to freely choose their seats. By intentionally avoiding room partitions, the layout encourages spontaneous communication across departments.

Additionally, a bar counter has been installed within the office. This space will be used flexibly for breaks, casual meals, or informal conversations during work hours.
