Nayutam Inc. (Headquarters: Chuo-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Eizaburo Iwata; hereinafter "Nayutam"), an AI security startup, is pleased to announce that it has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Dock Labs (Headquarters: Switzerland; hereinafter "Dock Labs"), a global provider of digital identity (DID/VC) infrastructure for enterprises, regarding strategic collaboration and joint marketing in the Japanese enterprise market.

Through this collaboration, the two companies will initiate technological integration and joint proposal activities in the domestic market, aiming to innovate security and identity in the next generation of "Agentic Commerce" and the digital finance sector.

Background and Objectives of Collaboration

In recent years, there has been a rapid shift from generative AI to "AI agents" that autonomously make decisions and execute transactions and payments. However, ensuring the safety and legitimacy of transactions in an environment where humans are not involved in real-time has become a critical global challenge.

Nayutam is developing "Synthetic DNA" (a root-of-trust ID linked to biological attributes) to guarantee the integrity of AI agent execution environments, and a dynamic "Behavior Trust Score" engine. Meanwhile, Dock Labs provides the cutting-edge digital identity and wallet infrastructure "Truvera," compliant with W3C international standards, and MCP (Model Context Protocol) compliant solutions for AI agents.

Based on this MOU, the two companies will combine Truvera's robust ID infrastructure with Nayutam's dynamic runtime verification engine to advance joint verification and market development towards establishing an "Ultimate Guarantor" model for autonomous payments, preventing hacking, API key leakage, and runaway (deviated) intentions.

Main Areas of Collaboration

1. Joint Technical Verification and Evaluation for Identity Management Framework Compatibility

We will conduct integrated verification of Nayutam's "Synthetic DNA" and "Behavior Trust Score" with Dock Labs' "Truvera" infrastructure. We will proceed with compatibility evaluation towards building the next-generation standard framework for secure identity management and authentication of autonomous AI agents.

2. Joint Proposal Activities for the Japanese Enterprise Market

Based on the integrated solutions of both companies, we will conduct non-exclusive joint proposal activities targeting major Japanese enterprises and next-generation infrastructure seeking advanced security and transparency.

3. Mutual Customer Referrals and Joint Marketing

Leveraging the strengths of both companies' solutions, we will expand our presence in the next-generation agent payment market through mutual referrals to potential domestic and international customers and joint marketing activities.

Comment from Eizaburo Iwata, CEO of Nayutam Inc.

"We are extremely pleased to form a partnership with Dock Labs (Truvera), which possesses world-class technological capabilities in the Web3 and W3C standard identity domain. This collaboration will provide a powerful trust architecture (integration of brain and body) that ultimately guarantees the legitimacy and integrity of AI agents in a future where they autonomously conduct payments and contracts. By combining the advanced technologies of both companies, we will accelerate the realization of a world-class, secure Agentic Commerce ecosystem that everyone can use with confidence, even for automated transactions without human intervention."
