What is Karin? Based on the concept of 'A plate of elegance, a moment of dignity,' Karin is a new experiential restaurant designed to engage all five senses.

Pre-opening Trials and Experience Design Prior to the opening, trial tastings were held to refine the experience. With over 100 applications, more than 30 guests participated. Their feedback was incorporated into the menu and performance, characterizing the pre-opening phase as a process of co-creation through demand validation.
