It supports the execution and ongoing operations by building teams that align with each company's improvement goals and project objectives, addressing challenges that are difficult to solve with solutions like talent acquisition or outsourcing alone.

Famicare Works for BIZ handles a wide range of issues, regardless of project scale or content.

For example, depending on the project, we can flexibly assemble teams by combining necessary roles such as writers, designers, video editors, sales support, sales assistants, accounting, labor, and HR assistants. This allows for flexible handling of sales, marketing, and administrative departments, as well as intermediate tasks that are difficult to articulate.

Background of the Release

According to a report by the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications, Japan's working-age population is projected to decrease by approximately 21 million people by 2050 compared to 2021 (※1), indicating a foreseeable labor shortage in Japan.

On the other hand, the employment rate for mothers of children with disabilities is around 49% (※2). For families raising children with disabilities, even those with rich careers and experience, employment through existing frameworks has been difficult, and the lack of optimal employment structures has prevented them from contributing to society and demonstrating their achievements.

We have focused on this untapped potential and the challenges of resource and project promotion shortages in companies, and have developed the Famicare Works for BIZ system as a new team-based project promotion service.

As of July 2026, in less than three months since its launch, over 60 individuals with strong careers and backgrounds have registered to contribute their skills to society.

We aim to support the growth potential of companies by responding to needs such as "initiatives and projects that want to be advanced are being postponed due to the inability to assign personnel" and "we need help, but not enough to hire, and it's difficult for inexperienced people to handle," by utilizing untapped societal potential in various corporate settings.
