Interview Outsourcing Platform 'INTERVIA' Begins Pre-registration for Interviewers

NODIA Inc. will begin accepting pre-registrations for 'Recruitment Interview Partners' on its interview outsourcing platform 'INTERVIA' starting May 28, 2026, ahead of the service launch for companies. INTERVIA is a platform where individuals with recruitment interview experience can support companies' interview operations online. Registrants select interview cases that match their experience and schedule, and conduct online interviews based on information and confirmation items provided by the company. After the interview, they organize the content and observations into a report to provide reference information for the company's selection process. The official release for corporate services is scheduled for early July 2026. In this advance release, we are accepting pre-registrations from those who have been involved in interviews in various fields, including R&D, production, sales, planning, and engineering, not just HR and recruitment staff. INTERVIA aims to reduce the workload of interview preparation and record creation using AI, while preserving the value of human dialogue.
