NTT HumanEX Co., Ltd. (N.T.T. The service integrates the Company’s expertise in human capital management and organizational development with the AI analysis and recommendation functions of 'Mikiwame AI'※1 provided by Leading Mark Co., Ltd., offering continuous support from data analysis to the planning, implementation, and stabilization of improvement measures.

1. Background and Overview of the Initiative

Sustainable corporate growth requires creating an environment where each employee can leverage their strengths and perform to their full potential, supported by individualized management from managers. NTT East Japan Corporation (hereinafter 'NTT East Japan') has previously worked on initiatives such as supporting autonomous career development, expanding growth opportunities, and strengthening one-on-one meetings. However, with the expansion of business domains and the diversification of workstyles and values, there is a growing need to move away from traditional management based on experience and intuition and instead provide tailored support suited to each employee's individual circumstances.

To address these structural challenges, the Company has launched a new, integrated consulting approach that combines its expertise in human capital management consulting with AI-powered data analytics. This approach aims to enhance the quality of management by providing end-to-end support—from visualizing organizational issues to planning, implementing, and institutionalizing improvement measures.

Specifically, the Company integrates and analyzes HR-related data—including talent management data, performance evaluations, development histories, employee-set goals, and engagement data—provided and utilized by the NTT ExC Partner Group (to which the Company belongs) for NTT East Japan, along with personality traits and condition data for each employee analyzed by 'Mikiwame AI'. This enables a multi-faceted visualization of challenges faced by individuals and organizations. Furthermore, NTT HumanEX consultants provide continuous support, from designing improvement measures based on analysis results to implementation assistance and effectiveness evaluation.

This initiative aims to improve the quality of dialogue between employees and managers, promote autonomous career development, and contribute to sustained engagement improvement and organizational transformation through data-driven management practices.

2. Future Plans

Through this initiative, the Company will support the autonomous growth and enhanced sense of purpose for each of the approximately 30,000 employees in the NTT East Japan Group, contributing to the advancement of human capital management.
