O Park Ogose to Hold Limited-Time "Sayama Tea Fair" Featuring Saitama's "Sayama Tea" in Restaurant Menu

BIO-RESORT HOTEL&SPA O Park OGOSE (hereinafter "O Park Ogose"), a multi-purpose resort facility operated by Onsen Dojo Co., Ltd. (Tokigawa-machi, Hiki-gun, Saitama Prefecture, CEO Toshiki Yamazaki), will hold the "Sayama Tea Fair" from Monday, June 1, 2026, to Friday, July 31, 2026. This fair will offer menu items that abundantly use "Sayama Tea," a specialty of Sayama City, Saitama Prefecture.

To allow more people to enjoy the charm of "Sayama Tea" during the new tea season, special menus such as pasta, pizza, and desserts, which make the most of the tea leaves' aroma and flavor, have been prepared. Please come and enjoy this unique "Eat Sayama Tea Experience."

An original pasta designed to resemble a Sayama tea tree. It uses "Edible Sayama Tea" produced by Matobaen, a tea farmer in Iruma City, and is made into a "Chanovese" (tea Genovese) sauce. Enjoy the refreshing aroma and richness of the tea leaves.

・Pizza resembling a Sayama Tea Flower (with burrata cheese) 1,580 yen

A colorful pizza designed to resemble a Sayama tea flower. By combining it with milky burrata cheese, it brings out the rich aroma of Sayama tea even more.

・Sayama Tea Tiramisu (with drink) 780 yen

A Japanese-style tiramisu made with Sayama tea syrup and mascarpone. It utilizes the unique bitterness of Sayama tea, offering an elegant taste perfect after a meal.
