JFAT aims to create event first aid services that are not just reassuring to have, but a given.
One Crews Inc. (Headquarters: 308-7 Jūjō, Kamakura City, Kanagawa Prefecture; Representative Director: Yamato Ikeda), which develops event-related businesses with members primarily in their 20s, will rebrand its event first aid service "Kanagawa First Aid Team (KFAT)" to "Japan First Aid Team (JFAT)" and begin offering services nationwide.
Until now, we have provided first aid services mainly in Kanagawa Prefecture for sporting events, community events, and corporate events. However, in response to an increasing number of inquiries and requests for first aid from event organizers outside of Kanagawa Prefecture,
we are changing our business name and will sequentially expand our service provision system nationwide.
"Creating a New Standard for Event First Aid"
In recent years, events gathering many people, such as sporting events, music festivals, and community gatherings, have been held across the country.
On the other hand, at event venues, injuries and illnesses such as heatstroke, falls, dehydration, allergic reactions, and cardiac arrest can occur suddenly.
If appropriate initial response is not provided, it can lead to the worsening of injuries or illnesses and impact event operations.
JFAT provides rapid initial response, including first aid and patient observation, and collaborates with fire departments and medical institutions as needed, thereby supporting event operations that provide peace of mind to both participants and organizers.
Under the vision of "Creating a New Standard for Event First Aid,"
we aim to transform the first aid system at events from something that is "reassuring to have" to something that is "a given."
Contributing to the Proper Use of Ambulances
At event venues, there are cases where ambulances are requested even for minor injuries due to difficulty in judgment, and conversely, cases where the condition worsens due to delayed reporting.
JFAT conducts appropriate on-site observation, first aid, and patient assessment to ensure prompt 119 calls for critically ill patients and supports appropriate judgment in less urgent cases.
This will not only ensure the safety of event participants but also contribute to the proper use of ambulances and the reduction of the burden on regional medical care.
Unique First Aid System Enabling Rapid Response
JFAT provides one-stop services for events of various scales, from large to small, including the deployment of first aid staff according to scale, operation of first aid stations, and creation of first aid plans.
We also operate our own first aid vehicles utilizing former ambulances and mobile first aid vehicles using tuk-tuks.
This enables rapid transportation and initial response even at large venues or events covering wide areas, and allows for the establishment of an efficient first aid system even with a small number of staff, which is JFAT's strength.

Representative Director and Paramedic Yamato Ikeda (22)
"While events are a place for participants to create happy memories, they also carry the risk of injuries and illnesses occurring. Under our vision of 'Creating a New Standard for Event First Aid,' we will expand a first aid system that provides peace of mind to both organizers and participants nationwide. Furthermore, through this service, we will promote the proper use of ambulances and contribute to reducing the burden on regional medical care. Through Japan First Aid Team, we will contribute to improving the safety of events throughout Japan."
